Backing Up Email
Want to Back Up Your Email Messages?
If you want to back up your messages for archival purposes you will typically want to set up your email account in an email client on your computer. Most email clients will have more advanced features such as downloading all of your messages from the server and creating a backup.
If you are using BCT webmail at https://mail.bctonline.com, you can export your messages and account data (see below).
First you will need to set up your email account in an email client on your computer.

BCT Webmail
If you are using BCT webmail, you can export your messages if you click "Preferences" and then "Import / Export".
Then click the "Export" button. By default all folders are selected, but you can change that by clicking the button next to "Source".
